Such a lovely couple, so in love and more than happy to show it! Tying the knot at Barilla Bay in the Gazebo surrounded by 100 delightful guests. I was six months pregnant here.

Absolutely stunning day at Avalon Coastal retreat, up the east coast of Tasmania. Quite often Avalon packs a punch with the wind from further north but today Jen and Regan married on the balcony in an intimate wedding with 50 guests.

Avalon has multiple wedding ceremony options, depending on the weather, but the layout is very well suited for a couple choosing to wed here.

We were looking for a celebrant who was relaxed, fun and who reflected our casual approach to delivering our wedding ceremony. Abbie met all of these criteria and more! She spoke very eloquently and conveyed our story with emotion. Thank you Abbie for a beautiful ceremony.

It maybe a drive but Stewarts Bay Lodge is amazing if you are a Tasmanian and seeking a destination wedding. If you book far enough in advance you can book out the cabins for family and friends to join you in a weekend celebration.

Annalisse and James chose to marry on the grass with the backdrop of the lake behind them. They also had huge, i’m talking massive white helium filled balloons marking the boundaries of their ceremony. I liked this idea.

Marrying friends, there is nothing quite like it, I was privileged to retell their love story or if you wish a story with love to friends and family I knew and loved also.

Meg and Scott wed at Stonefield in Brighton Tasmania, it is not often I get to sample how a venue operates, as I usually leave soon after the ceremony, however at Stonefield the food was ample and delicious, no one went hungry, which is what happened at my wedding!

I was already booked to marry someone else on the date Sarah and Stu booked, but they felt more comfortable with someone they knew marring them. So they opted to say their vows a week earlier on a yacht anchored to the Hobart dock, later having an unofficial ceremony and reception at the Sailing Club.

There is a beautiful flat area up Mount Wellington that many people are unaware of, this couple trusted my suggestion and eloped to Hobart, drove up the mountain and said their vows in front of two witnesses I provided, my husband and dear friend heavily pregnant at the time!

It was wonderful and romantic and we laughed and celebrated for a whole hour before the couple were swept off by the photographer to take some incredible photos up at the summit.

Thanks very much for our wedding. It was so relaxed, casual and completely stress-free, just what we wanted it to be. And you were so accommodating and flexible! we couldn't have had a better day or a better celebrant. Thanks again!
